One to one Coaching
Whether you want to make some minor alterations to your life and work, or you want to instigate a high-growth surge and dramatic change to your work, business and/or personal relationships, coaching can be the place to start.
Many of us spend a lot of time mulling over options, wondering “what if”, and not taking the actions or accessing the tools that can open up doors. It’s simply because we can often get caught up in our own thinking, and we need a new perspective on how things could be. We can flourish when questions are asked that open up new ideas, or bring to life old ones.
We can tap into ancient, deeply held wisdom, and use it to act authentically and get great results!
A coaching environment is a listening environment. Often we don’t know what we don’t know – and it is only when we are asked deep and searching questions that we can respond with our own truth.
So – consider coaching as a formal way of getting help to access your knowledge and wisdom.
Together we can identify the paths of success in the past – and the routes forward for the future.
Coaching for change
Whilst therapy is the place to deal with issues, coaching is the place to plan go-ahead transformation. Getting to grips with what you need to make your life, work and relationships sing!
The most important element of coaching is the “space for you”, and this is where you begin to gain more insight and wisdom from your previous achievements in life and work.
Different coaching themes
Although you can just turn up and enjoy coaching, this isn’t an informal chat – it’s going to be scoped around creating the change that you need. This could be along any or all of the following:
– career, the world of work and even retirement
– lifelong learning, skills building
– business – setting up a new one, building or winding down an existing business
– home, lifestyle, house-moves
– family, near and distant
– friends, neighbours, co-workers
– activities, sports, hobbies
– other personal achievements.
Goals may be huge or tiny, very well-formed or completely vague. The important thing is that they are YOUR goals, and that you want to achieve them. Together we will shape and form those goals so that you feel ready to take them on in their fullest.
Hourly coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions are in increments of up to 1 hour, or up to 2 hours.
Break-Through Sessions:
A coaching breakthrough session could be either a 1/2 day or a full day.
All coaching sessions
With all coaching sessions the focus is entirely on you, going at the pace you want, and getting the length of time to deep-dive into challenges and opportunities.
Packages or one-off.
The choice is entirely yours. We can pre-book a number of sessions or as-and-when you need coaching.
